Nutrition counseling services are covered by a variety of insurance plans. The following insurance providers are currently accepted:

• St Luke’s Health Plan

Please note that coverage and benefits vary by plan. To ensure the most accurate information, it's recommended to contact your insurance provider directly or reach out to us to verify coverage and discuss eligibility for reimbursement.

For clients who wish to submit for insurance reimbursement for plans currently not accepted, a superbill can be provided at the end of each session. A superbill includes all necessary information, such as diagnostic codes, session details, and the provider’s credentials, to assist with the reimbursement process through your insurance provider.​

For those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket or are not covered by insurance, self-pay rates are available and can be paid from your FSA or HSA. Payment is due at the time of service.​
