Olivia Cox, RD, LD, CNSC

Hi! I’m Olivia, a Registered Dietitian. I live for all things food and fitness and nothing makes me happier than seeing an empowered woman take charge of her health.

I graduated from Idaho State University with a BS in Dietetics and went on to complete a Dietetic Internship through Utah State University. Finally, I passed the licensing exam and became a Registered Dietitian.

Since becoming a dietitian I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient hospital floors, outpatient eating disorders, gastroenterology, and oncology.

I struggled with an eating disorder and now prioritize living an active life. I train hard in the gym, love eating good food, enjoy distance running, and love to climb mountains any chance I get. I believe spending time outside is one of the keys to a happy life.

 

Through my own journey with food and my body, I know how challenging it can be to live a healthy life. Between a culture obsessed with idolizing the perfect body, conflicting nutrition information on the internet, and lack of time to prepare healthy food, I know just how hard overwhelming it can be to achieve your goals. I’m here to empower and cheer you on. Because you CAN do it! I believe in you.
